According to Riva, Pertamina Patra Niaga positions itself to contribute to the energy transition era.

To support the energy justice realization based on the availability, accessibility, affordability, acceptability, and sustainability aspects, Pertamina Patra Niaga extends its presence to remote, front, and outermost areas or 3T through several programs.
502 One Price Fuel points, over 248 thousand 3 Kg Subsidized LPG Base, ten new Fuel Tanks and LPG Tanks in Eastern Indonesia, more than 100 Fuel and LPG Terminals, 72 Aircraft Filling Depots (DPPU) including at pioneer airports, 407 Fisherman Gas Stations, 55 Bunker Fuel Filling Stations (SPBB) for lake and sea crossing modes of transportation, and more than 6,300 regular gas stations operated by Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that energy is distributed to consumers.
Not stopping at meeting current energy needs, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to innovate products and services to address changing energy consumption patterns that prioritize sustainability.
In addition to high-quality products, such as Pertamax Turbo and Perta Dex, for industrial partners, there is Very Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (VLSFO), vegetable-based fuels, or biofuels usage, such as Solar B35, Pertamax Green 95, and Sustainable Aviation Fuel will continue to be developed.
On the other hand, infrastructure such as Green Energy Stations (GES) will be increased to 500 points operated in 2024, along with the expansion of Battery Swapping Stations and Charging Stations services. Starting in late 2023, Pertamina Patra Niaga also began offering carbon certificate purchases or Carbon Trading for its partners.

Integrated Command Centers, Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135, MyPertamina digital ecosystem, Pertamina One Solution (POS), digitalization in operations such as Subsidized Solar and 3 Kg LPG, petrol station digitalization, New Gantry System (NGS) at Fuel Terminals, as well as Digital Ground Operation (DGO) and PADMA for Avtur are innovations to ensure transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency in energy provision.
