Ahead of Idul Adha 2024, Pertamina Patra Niaga Quickly Increases Diesel and 3 Kg LPG Supply

Jakarta, June 15, 2024 – Ahead of Idul Adha 2024, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to monitor the demand for fuel and LPG among the public. An increase in Biosolar and 3 Kg LPG has been observed.

The Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Irto Ginting, stated that this increase has been anticipated by adding more distribution to the supply institutions.

"For 3 Kg LPG, an additional 11.4 million cylinders have been prepared, and distribution has been carried out gradually since last week until the Idul Adha period. The distribution of Solar also reached 5% above normal yesterday," said Irto.

Irto Ginting further explained that this addition anticipates the increased demand for fuel and 3 Kg LPG among the public during Idul Adha, which coincides with the weekend.

As of the end of May 2024, the distribution of 3 Kg LPG has reached 3.37 million metric tons (MT), Biosolar 6.9 million kiloliters (KL), and Pertalite 12.53 million KL.

In addition to ensuring subsidized fuel and LPG availability, Pertamina Patra Niaga also guarantees non-subsidized product availability, namely the Pertamax Series, Dex Series, and Bright Gas, at all outlets and supply institutions.
