West Java, December 29, 2022 - Ahead of the New Year 2023, Pertamina ensures fuel and LPG availability and distribution remain sufficient.
Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of Pertamina, Erry Widiastono, directly inspected fuel and LPG services readiness on the West Java South Coast Route (Pansela) on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
The first inspection was carried out at 34-43114 petrol station, Surade District, Cianjur Regency, followed by Pertashop 3P.46109, Ciheras District, Tasikmalaya Regency.
In this Management Walkthrough (MWT) activity, Erry Widiastono was accompanied by the SVP of Logistics Integrity & Optimization of Pertamina, Arief Kurnia Risdianto, Executive General Manager (GM) West Java Region, Waljiyanto, along with the related management team from Pertamina Patra Niaga Western Java Regional (JBB) and Bandung Area Sales management.
Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of Pertamina, Erry Widiastono, said that the energy supply and distribution in the Pansela route were well prepared. However, Erry reminded the importance of being aware of natural conditions that are currently unforeseen.
“From what I see, the readiness here is quite good. However, seeing the current weather conditions, I also suggest being aware of all possibilities related to unexpected natural conditions,” said Erry.
Meanwhile, Waljiyanto, Executive General Manager for the West Java Region (JBB), conveyed JBB Region's readiness in facing Nataru 2023, both in tourist areas and areas with potential disasters.
"We in the West Java region are doing Alert 1. Nataru is an annual thing, but we cannot be careless. We are focused on the first two places, tourist areas and areas with disaster potential. Tourist areas where no outlets exist have been replaced with modular and motorist petrol stations," he said.
He added for the Sukabumi area, Pertamina had prepared agents & standby bases in Rayon I Sukabumi of 55 agents and 165 bases and Rayon II Sukabumi of 43 agents and 129 bases.
SPPBE Standby in District I Sukabumi of 7 SPPBE PSO and 1 SPPBE NPSO were also prepared. As well as in Rayon II Sukabumi of 5 SPPBE PSO and 1 SPPBE NPSO.
Moreover, the Nataru SAM Retail Sukabumi Task Force has prepared 11 motorists, 3 PDS petrol stations and 8 pocket petrol stations, and 8 Pertashop units.
In the Bandung area, Pertamina has also alerted 10 SPBU units and 15 Pertashop units. While in Banten, 4 Petrol Station Units and 2 Pertashop Units have been alerted. Overall, the Nataru JBB Task Force has alerted 22 petrol station units and 25 Pertashop units.
The Nataru Task Force was formed from December 15, 2022, to January 8, 2022, involving the Pertamina Holding-Subholding Team and related agencies. The Nataru Task Force team has been on standby on strategic and tourist routes to ensure fuel, LPG, and aviation fuel supply and service reliability.**
