Bright Gas Provides Energy for Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2023 MSME Booths

Lombok, October 14, 2023 - PT Pertamina (Persero), the main sponsor of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2023, has brought 50 high-quality Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on board. Most partners offer Indonesian snacks and fresh beverages, using Bright Gas as cooking gas in Pertamina's MSME booths.

Pertamina's MSME booth is located in the Pusaka Zone Area in Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, where international racing is competed.

Azharudin, one of the owners of a Pertamina MSME named Larisol brand, revealed that they use Bright Gas for cooking in Pertamina's MSME booths because the "pinky gas" is also used in their daily operations.

Azharudin runs a daily catering business for food and pastries. Bright Gas is their energy source of choice for cooking because the gas usage is more efficient and safe because of the Double Spindle Valve System (DSVS) technology, which prevents LPG leaks.

"It is more efficient than the others. If we run out of gas, the service is also convenient. We call Pertamina, and they come right away, so we do not have to hassle to find gas," he added.

He admitted that Bright Gas is used daily in food production facilities and their kitchen.

Vice President of CSR & SMEPP at Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman, stated that Pertamina guides its fostered MSMEs to improve their product's quality. It is not just about the products; it is also about educating them on energy-efficient use, such as Bright Gas, which has proven beneficial for household and industrial needs.

"Pertamina supports these MSMEs not only with capital or sales, but also by educating them to use quality energy products like Bright Gas because it's safe, equipped with security seal caps, easy to use, and efficient," she concluded.

Similarly, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina (Persero), hopes that the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2023 will have a multiplier effect on economic growth, including for the tourism industry and local MSMEs.
