Come to Gandaria City! Pertamina's Fostered MSME Exhibition Lasts Until This Weekend

Jakarta, November 3, 2023 - Pertamina SMEXPO 2023, an exhibition of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) partnered with PT Pertamina (Persero), is being held this week (October 31 - November 5, 2023) at Gandaria City, Jakarta. Visitors not only can buy high-quality Indonesian products, but they can also broaden their entrepreneurial insights through various discussions during the event.

One of the Pertamina SMEXPO 2023 visitors, Rima Dwi (25 years old), shared her experience while shopping at Pertamina SMEXPO 2023. She stated that the event became the perfect moment to hunt for quality homegrown products at affordable prices.

Moreover, Rima expressed that events showcasing MSMEs, such as Pertamina SMEXPO 2023, could be a breath of fresh air for business owners recently impacted by the closure of one of the online shopping platforms by the government.

"This is great in supporting local products because we know it is still difficult for household industries to find their market. They used to sell a lot in marketplaces but then got blocked. Therefore, this is also good to provide a platform for MSMEs to market their products," she explained at Gandaria City on Thursday (2/11/2023).

Rima added that apart from obtaining quality MSME products, she also revealed that there are engaging activities such as talk shows, entertainment from well-known local artists, and attractive offers, including a 5% discount with a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000, and payments via the MyPertamina application.

Pertamina SMEXPO 2023 is currently being held in four major cities in Indonesia, one of which is Jakarta, featuring 41 MSMEs offering various products ranging from food and beverages, fashion, jewelry, and accessories to distinctive Indonesian crafts.

Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, disclosed that Pertamina SMEXPO is an annual event to introduce its fostered MSMEs to the public through exhibitions of quality products.
