Conducting a Management Visit, Pertamina Ensures Sufficient Fuel, LPG, and Avtur Stocks During Ramadan in Aceh Province
Banda Aceh, April 2, 2023 - Pertamina Patra Niaga North Sumatra Regional ensures fuel (BBM), LPG, and Avtur stock during Ramadan are sufficient and safe in Aceh Province. Stated by the Executive General Manager of Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut, Freddy Anwar, while conducting a Management Walkthrough (MWT) and Safari Ramadan with the Management Team in Aceh on Wednesday (29/3).
"Thank God, through my monitoring and management team for the Aceh region, fuel and LPG availability is safe and sufficient during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr in Aceh," said Freddy at SPBU 13,233,404, Lamsayoung, Aceh Besar.
He explained that MWT was to ensure that the governance of energy distribution in Aceh implementation went well and to obtain input from Pertamina's stakeholders. "We continue to monitor fuel and LPG stocks routinely. Facilities at the Krueng Raya Fuel Terminal (FT), Lhokseumawe FT, Meulaboh FT, and Sabang FT are also confirmed to be safe," Freddy continued.
Besides MWT, the Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut Management Team also saw the Subsidized LPG Trade-In Program to Non-Subsidized LPG implemented at the Lamsayoung gas station. The people of Aceh seem enthusiastic about exchanging 3 kg LPG cylinders for Bright Gas. Freddy appealed to the upper-class society, hotels, restaurants, and the tourism sector to use non-subsidized LPG.
"We have a trade-in program where two cylinders of three kg LPG can be exchanged for one cylinder of 5.5 kg Bright Gas. The residents' enthusiasm in this activity is extraordinary," he said.
Not only that, but the people at the petrol stations also showed their awareness when buying subsidized Solar and Pertalite fuel by showing the registration QR Code for the Program Subsidi Tepat. The program is a government program to ensure that subsidized fuel use is for its designation.
Freddy appreciated the Government of Aceh, the police, the media, other stakeholders, and the people of Aceh. According to him, the people of Aceh Province are pioneers and positive models in using subsidized fuels with the QR Code.
"Thank you, the people of Aceh, for the successful government program, the Program Subsidi Tepat. This program has reached 100 percent in Aceh, and the level of subsidized fuel fraud and abuse will decrease," he explained.
Freddy also greeted and appreciated customers using Bahan Bakar Khusus (BBK), such as Pertamax, the subsidized fuel, and consumers using the Subsidi Tepat QR Code.
He also gave Ramadan gifts to petrol station officers at the forefront of socializing the QR Code to purchase subsidized fuel for motorists.
He and the management team continued their journey to FT Krueng Raya. Freddy also conducted MWT in the operational area, storage tank area, filling shed, and Safari Ramadan at FT Krueng Raya, Wednesday (29/3). The Executive General Manager of Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional for North Sumatra also visited the Sultan Iskandar Muda Aircraft Filling Depot (DPPU) on Thursday (30/3).
In this activity, he discussed directly with workers and gave new enthusiasm to the field team to serve the community during Ramadan and ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
"In the next week, we will conduct management visits to the provinces of West Sumatra, North Sumatra, Riau Islands, and Riau to ensure Pertamina's readiness in supplying energy for Eid al-Fitr 1444 H," he said.
