Jakarta, February 27, 2024 - PT Pertamina (Persero) will showcase 29 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Inacraft 2024 craft product exhibition, which will take place from February 28 to March 3, 2024, at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Jakarta. Inacraft, one of the largest craft exhibitions in Southeast Asia, will serve as a potential marketing platform for domestic MSMEs to expand their market internationally.
VP of Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that Pertamina regularly involves its fostered partners in events like Inacraft and various prestigious exhibitions across Indonesia. Through these events, MSMEs can interact with new consumers, domestic and international. Occasionally, Pertamina also brings leading MSMEs to participate in exhibitions abroad to expand their networks and directly meet foreign consumers.
"The MSMEs participating in these exhibitions have gone through a curation process, ensuring that the marketed products are products and can represent Indonesian culture," explained Fadjar.
At Inacraft 2024, 29 Pertamina’s fosteredMSMEs will be featured. Among them, 18 MSMEs are in the fashion and crafts industries, while three MSMEs operate in the culinary sector, representing various regions across Indonesia. Meanwhile, the other eight MSMEs have been able to participate independently, yet Pertamina continues to provide support such as organizing activities, product promotion programs, and other assistance.
One of the entrepreneurs, Dian Susanti, the owner of The Ethneeq, stated that the Inacraft exhibition could serve as a gateway to expand her fashion accessory products into national and international markets. "I am very excited to participate in Inacraft. When I was contacted by Pertamina that my products passed the curation process, I immediately prepared the products to be brought there. Besides promoting fashion accessory products, I also want to promote the sustainability of Bali's cultural heritage," she said.
The Ethneeq is a local brand from Bali that develops fashion accessory crafts focusing on natural materials utilization such as jute, leather, and traditional woven textiles to create accessories that are not only beautiful but also environmentally friendly. In each of its products, Ethneeq perfectly combines functionality, cultural value, and classy fashion elements with a blend of contemporary design and traditional elements.
"Thank you, Pertamina, for supporting us through training and exhibitions. Pertamina is the best partner and solution for us, MSMEs under its foster program. Come and visit The Ethneeq booth and other Pertamina-supported MSME products at Lobby Hall A Jakarta Convention Center from February 28 to March 3, 2024," she invited.

Furthermore, Mutiara Lombok Beauty, MSME offering typical Lombok products such as pearl silver binders, rhodium and gold, and Menday Gallery, which, with its coastal culture, develops various woven product creations using typical motifs sourced from the majority culture along the Cermin Beach coast, namely the Malay tribe. Additionally, there is Dannes Teakwood, which brings crafts made from the natural beauty and long-lasting strength of teakwood.
One of the fashion MSMEs, Merajut Asa Kita, will bring various environmentally friendly knitted products. Merajut Asa Kita is a leading MSME under Pertamina's foster program, which has typical Indonesian knitting products, such as sweaters, bags, and so on, with contemporary models and patterns loved by the public. This MSME is also special because its artisans come from the disabled community, in line with Pertamina's Environmental Social Responsibility (TJSL) program in fostering MSME inclusion for the disabled and special needs communities.
In the culinary sector, visitors can enjoy the natural freshness of organic coconut drinks from GoCoco. Experience delicious and practical culinary delights with Rice Bowls and Bandung-style siomay from Mahana Food MSME. Also present is Soto Betawi Bang Samson, offering appetizing meals after shopping for selected products.
Fadjar added that Inacraft is an ideal platform for Pertamina to promote MSME products. "Besides the exhibition, as a form of our appreciation, visitors who shop at Pertamina-fostered MSMEs will be treated with various prizes, souvenirs, promotional offers including discounts, and shopping vouchers," he concluded.
Pertamina's TJSL program in advancing local MSMEs to upgrade follows Pertamina's initiative to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 8 achievement, which includes enhancing inclusive and sustainable economic growth, creating productive and comprehensive employment opportunities, and improving decent work standards.
