Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Appoints Rosan Roeslani as Vice President Commissioner of Pertamina

July 27, 2023 - The government, represented by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of PT Pertamina (Persero) to restructure the Board of Commissioners of Pertamina (Persero). 

Rosan P. Roeslani has been appointed as Vice President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero), effective July 25, 2023. This decision is documented in the Copy of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises' Decree as the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pertamina (Persero) with reference number SK-211/MBU/07/2023 dated July 25, 2023, regarding the dismissal and appointment of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pertamina (Persero).

The decision also confirms the honorable dismissal of Pahala Nugraha Mansury from his position as Vice President Commissioner of Pertamina, which he held since February 3, 2021, due to his appointment as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia.

Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero), stated that the Board of Commissioners restructuring was conducted through the EGM as one of the authorities of the shareholders.
