Inaugurating Rumah BUMN Klungkung , Pertamina Promotes Local Products, Tourism and Regional Economy

Jakarta, August 16, 2022 - The Rumah BUMN in Klungkung Regency inauguration on August 15, 2022, was a gift for MSME actors. The Rumah BUMN Klungkung, initiated and managed by PT Pertamina (Persero), is predicted to accelerate the fostered partner capacity at the same time driving the regional economy.

Pertamina is committed to supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. One of the implementations is through MSME development in Rumah BUMN throughout the country, including Bali.

Besides by the Assistant Deputy of TJSL at the Ministry of SOEs, Edi Eko Cahyono, Head of Cooperatives and Trade Service of SME, I Wayan Ardiasa, and the VP of CSR & SMEPP Management of PT Pertamina (Persero), Fajriyah Usman, SMEs in Klungkung Regency, members of Bakti Volunteers BUMN, and Pertamina Troopers also attended the event.

Edi Eko Cahyono, Assistant Deputy of TJSL at the Ministry of SOEs, appreciated Pertamina for initiating Rumah BUMN, especially in Klungkung Regency. " Rumah BUMN is needed by the community. It is hoped that this Rumah BUMN can become a forum for fostered partners and provide guidance, as well as to create good programs and marketing," he said.

I Wayan Pande, one of the foster partners who attended the event, produced traditional hand fans and various souvenir products with wayang kamasan motifs. He admitted that he was happy with the Rumah BUMN. "Since I joined Pertamina, my turnover could reach 15 million per month. My wife and I produce fans while my son does marketing on social media. It can increase our sales turnover by 50 percent compared to before," said the owner of the Sinar Pande UMKM.

The Rumah BUMN in Jl. WR. Supratman No. 7 Central Semarapura, Klungkung will be used as a education, development, and digitization center for MSMEs 

VP CSR & SMEPP Management, Fajriyah Usman, at the Rumah BUMN Klungkung inauguration, stated that the Rumah BUMN Klungkung could build and help the economy and prosperity, especially for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the community. Rumah BUMN will not only facilitate capital matters, access to the marketing goods and services produced by MSMEs, but also MSME workshops and seminar rooms to spread creative ideas and develop their various product innovations.

"Currently, there are 500 MSMEs registered at the Rumah BUMN Klungkung, including 175 Go Online foster partners and 185 Go Digital foster partners," she said.

With the Rumah BUMN, it is hoped that MSME actors can get training and provide access to funding and marketing so they can upgrade.

The assistance provided to MSME actors is not only limited to how to enter their products into the marketplace but also how to market their products to attract consumers. As a result, until May 2022, 1,334 MSMEs were recorded entering their products in several marketplaces. It means that the fostered partners have become upgraded MSMEs and become Go Digital and Go Online.

Through Rumah BUMN, MSME actors will follow the initial incubation process, networking, and market expansion, where a team from Pertamina will curate potential MSME to be given briefing or training.

"With the necessities, MSME actors are ready to take part in various activities such as domestic and international exhibitions," Fajriyah concluded.

Through Rumah BUMN and the spirit of Energizing Your Future, Pertamina will provide energy that can move the economy-energy that fuel, as well as the energy that produces sustainable growth, and strives to encourage every fostered partner to become upgraded and Go Global MSMEs

Pertamina will support the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) achievement through ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)-based programs implementation in all its operational areas. It is part of Environmental and Social Responsibility (TJSL) to realize economic benefits in the community.**
