Jakarta, January 31, 2023 – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) today, Wednesday (31/01), made changes to the top leadership of PT Pertamina (Persero) through the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS).
The changes include appointing two new directors at Pertamina, namely Wiko Migantoro as Vice Director and Ahmad Siddik Badruddin as Director of Risk Management.
This decision is outlined in SK-25/MBU/01/2024 regarding the Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina (Persero).
VP of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, explained that with the addition of new directors, the company is expected to move more aggressively while still prioritizing risk management aspects.
"In the future, Pertamina will work more aggressively and swiftly by prioritizing risk management. With this new board of directors, Pertamina is optimistic about achieving its target of becoming a leading energy company," Fadjar clarified.
Wiko Migantoro, appointed as Vice Director, previously served as President Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi or Pertamina's Upstream Subholding. Meanwhile, Ahmad Siddik Badruddin, appointed as Director of Risk Management, previously served as Director of Risk Management at Bank Mandiri.
