Jakarta, May 31, 2023 - Nicke Widyawati, the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), has once again been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women Business Leaders in Indonesia for the 2023 year by SWA Magazine. Alongside Nicke, several female leaders from the Pertamina Group have also been included in this recognition, showcasing the public's appreciation for Pertamina's commitment to implementing ESG gender equality.
The "100 Indonesia Most Powerful Women Business Leader of The Year 2023" title has been bestowed upon Nicke Widyawati, the President Director of Pertamina, for her successful efforts in leading this energy SOE to achieve a net profit of approximately USD 3.8 billion or around IDR 56.6 trillion in 2022. SWA business magazine acknowledges the 86% increase in the company's net profit compared to 2021, as well as the 8% growth in oil and gas production, reaching 967 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (MBOEPD), reflecting Nicke Widyawati's expertise in managing one of the largest companies in Indonesia.
Nicke Widyawati, the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), appreciates this recognition. She believes that the support from Pertamina's employees, who constantly work hard and contribute various breakthroughs and business innovations, has proven to generate better performance, especially amidst global challenges and the pandemic throughout 2022.

These leaders are Emma Sri Martini (Director of Finance of PT Pertamina (Persero)), Ratih Esti Prihatini (Director of Business Development of PT Elnusa Tbk), and Rosa Permata Sari (Director of Technical & Operations of PT Pertamina Gas).
