Nicke Widyawati Once Again Enters 50 Influential Women in the World

October 6, 2022 - Fortune Media has once again appointed the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) as one of the 50 most influential women in the world (Most Powerful Woman International).

Based on Fortune's assessment, Nicke is the only woman from Indonesia and even from an ASEAN country included in the Most Powerful Women International list. Nicke was also listed as one of two women from the Asian region who received the award.

In the energy sector or International Oil & Gas Company, there are five Chief Executive Officers (CEOs). Besides Nicke Widyawati, another name is Lynn Good from Duke Energy, an energy company based in the United States. There are also Catherine MacGregor of Engie, a French company, Vicki Hollub (Accidental Petroleum), and Jennifer Rumsey (Cummins, USA).

Nicke was previously included in Fortune and Forbes' lists of internationally influential women in 2020 and 2021.
