Pertamina General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) Establishes New Board of Directors

Jakarta, June 16, 2023 - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) announced today, on Friday (16/06), the changes in the PT Pertamina (Persero) leadership through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). The Ministry of SOE has officially completed the Pertamina Board of Directors by appointing Alfian Nasution as the Director of Logistics & Infrastructure of Pertamina and Erry Widiastono as the Director of Business Support of Pertamina. This decision is outlined in Decree SK-122/MBU/06/2023 regarding the Transfer of Duties and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina (Persero).

Corporate Secretary of Pertamina, Brahmantya Satyamurti Poerwadi, explained that with the GMS, the Minister of SOE, Erick Thohir, has completed the Pertamina Board of Directors.

"This is expected to drive Pertamina to work faster, more aggressively, and efficiently, following Pertamina's efforts to become a leader in energy transformation," said Brahmantya.

Alfian Nasution now serves as the Director of Logistics & Infrastructure of Pertamina, previously held by Erry Widiastono. Before being appointed to the Pertamina Board of Directors, Alfian served as the President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, the Commercial & Trading Subholding of Pertamina. He has had a long career within the Pertamina Group, with undeniable experience in Pertamina's marketing and shipping sectors. He also previously held the Director of Marketing at PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) position.

Meanwhile, Erry Widiastono has been assigned as Director of Business Support of Pertamina. Previously, Erry also had experience in Pertamina's marketing, shipping, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.

With the GMS, the current composition of the Pertamina Board of Directors is as follows:
