Pertamina Group Strengthens New Board of Directors for Subholding and Subsidiaries

Jakarta, February 20, 2024 - PT Pertamina (Persero), as the parent company and holding, announces the appointment of a new board of directors for Subholding and Subsidiaries within the Pertamina Group.

Vice President Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that the Subholding Board of Directors changing includes PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), PT Pertamina New Renewable Energy (PNRE), and PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS). Additionally, two subsidiaries, namely PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC) and PT Patra Jasa, are affected.

"The change in the board of directors is a common occurrence in companies. It is a refreshment effort within the Subholding and Subsidiaries scope, aimed at improving the performance of the Pertamina Group," Fadjar said.

Fadjar added that Pertamina remains committed to pursuing clean energy transition and decarbonization to achieve the NZE target by 2060 or earlier. In addition to growing the business, efforts in clean energy and decarbonization are also the focus of the Pertamina Group.

PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional:
