Pertamina Patra Niaga South Sumatera Ensures Sufficient Fuel and LPG Supply Ahead of Eid al-Adha 1444 H

Palembang, June 27, 2023 – Ahead of Eid al-Adha 1444 H, Pertamina Patra Niaga South Sumatera Regional ensures fuel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)’s distribution and availability for the Southern Sumatera (Sumbagsel) region sufficient.

Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan, the Area Manager of Communication, Relations, & CSR of Pertamina South Sumatera Regional, stated that fuel and LPG supply is sufficient to fulfill the community’s daily needs.

"To cope with the demand surge for fuel and LPG, we will continuously monitor the situation on the ground and prepare projections for the community's needs. If necessary, fuel and LPG distribution will be increased accordingly. As for subsidized products and assignments, they will be adjusted according to the allocated quota," said Nikho.

As of the last week of June, the average daily consumption of BioSolar products (JBT) in the Sumbagsel region is recorded around 5,674 KL, and for Pertalite products (JBKP), the average daily consumption is around 6,939 KL. 

The average daily consumption for subsidized 3 kg LPG products is 2,045 MT. 

Nikho mentioned that apart from ensuring that all needs are fulfilled, Pertamina Patra Niaga South Sumatera Regional ensures that operations run smoothly.
