Bengkulu, August 15, 2022 – Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel Region ensures fuel (BBM) distribution runs safely and smoothly to fulfill the people of Bengkulu Province's needs.
Area Manager Communication, Relations, & CSR of Pertamina Sumbagsel Region, Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan, said Pertamina had recorded that subsidized Bio Solar fuel consumption for the Bengkulu area had touched 7% of the projected Bio Solar Subsidized fuel quota for July 2022, with an average daily consumption reach 310 KL per day.
"Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel Region continues to invite people to wisely use fuel oil (BBM), following vehicle specifications. Thus, subsidized fuel can be accepted by people entitled to it," explained Nikho.
Furthermore, Nikho regretted that there were still many coal trucks carrying subsidized fuel. Pertamina also continued to instruct all petrol stations to distribute subsidized fuel to eligible people.
Based on a circular from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources / No.4.E/MB.01/DJB.S/2022 regarding certain types of fuel (JBT) distribution and Presidential Regulation No. 191 of 2014, trucks transporting minerals and coal are prohibited from filling subsidized bio-diesel fuel.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel Region continues to commit to distributing subsidized fuel in a targeted manner and can be enjoyed by people who have the right.
