West Java, December 29, 2022 - Pertamina Patra Niaga West Java Regional (JBB) ensures readiness to serve and guarantees fuel and LPG availability in tourist areas and areas with potential disasters.
Executive GM of Regional West Java, Waljiyanto, said that during the Christmas and New Year holidays, several tourist areas became the focus of Pertamina Regional JBB services, starting from Lembang, Puncak Area, Anyer, Pangandaran, Ancol to Ragunan. Besides that, Pertamina is also on standby in areas with potential disasters.
"Earlier, we checked, turns out that most of the South Coast area is prone to landslides. Of course, we do not expect bad things to happen. Still, we have to keep anticipating. Thus when obstacles happened, we respond quickly," Waljiyanto said during a visit to Pertashop in Ciherang, Tasikmalaya, Wednesday (28/12/2022).
He added that the Nataru Pertamina JBB Task Force Team had also been on standby with Puskodal so they could immediately respond if there were any problems in the fuel and LPG distribution.
"We in the West Java Region are certainly doing Alert 1. We are ready to support and serve the community's needs. We are always ready to serve," he added.
The Nataru Task Force would also be on standby at points prone to traffic jams and tourism predicted to occur in the Anyer & Carita, Merak, Cikampek & Elevated Toll, Nagrek, Cirebon, and Garut areas. The Nataru Task Force is also on standby in the Lembang, Ciwidey, Pangandaran, and Pelabuhan Ratu areas.
During Nataru, Pertamina Regional JBB prepared additional services, including nine kiosk points, 72 PDS (motorized) points, two Pertamina Standby Houses, four mini clinics/health posts, two oil change workshops, 62 Pocket Gas Stations (Mobile Storage), 1,643 PSO LPG agents Siaga, and 35 Toll Gas Stations.**
