Over time, accompanied by various business innovations, the Rumah Bawang Kadedika now produces up to 80 kilograms of garlic per month, with a monthly turnover of over IDR 10 million .
"I am endlessly grateful because I have felt the benefits of Pertamina. This success proves that support combined with commitment yields significant results. This achievement will drive me to further developing my business," explained the woman who has listed the Rumah Bawang Kadedika on various marketplaces and has 20 resellers.
Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, stated that the progress of Ms. Efa's business was not only driven by Pertamina's various support systems, but also by her strong determination, which has elevated the Rumah Bawang Kadedika and led to its participation in the Global Trade Expo Indonesia in 2022.
"One of the activities to elevate MSMEs is Pertamina's UMK Academy, a structured, step-by-step, and integrated mentoring program tailored to the needs, expectations of our supported partners, market trends, and challenges. UMK Academy consists of four curricula: Go Modern, Go Digital, Go Online, Go Global," explained Fadjar.
The MSME mentoring is Pertamina's contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)-based programs implementation across its operational areas.
