Pertamina Wins ESG Award for Customer Relations

Jakarta, July 27, 2024 - PT Pertamina (Persero), through Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135, has won the Indonesia DEI & ESG (IDEAS) Awards 2024 in the ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) category for its innovative efforts in providing excellent service to customers.

The IDEAS Awards 2024, organized by PR Indonesia, are presented to SOE public relations teams that demonstrate positive performance in implementing communication strategies related to diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, stated that maintaining good relations with customers through PCC 135 continuously improves service quality or performance service level, achieving a target realization of over 85% in 2023.

"Speed of service is our top priority, balanced with PCC 135's customer satisfaction while meeting customer expectations and satisfaction targets," explained Fadjar.

Fadjar added that Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135 serves hundreds of thousands of customers annually. Throughout 2023, it was the highest number of services provided through the 135 Call Center telephone channels and digital platforms.

Fadjar noted that PCC 135 continues to innovate in its services, adhering to international standards. PCC 135 has also received recognition and awards from various international institutions.

PCC 135 continues to expand its channels, making services accessible through telephone, email, and direct messages via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). In line with digitalization, PCC 135 is at the forefront of serving the public's needs for Pertamina products, including fuel, LPG, and services to business partners/vendors.

At the 2024 IDEAS Awards, ten other awards were received by Pertamina's subsidiaries in various categories, including:
