Jakarta, August 27, 2024 – Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP), a unit managed by PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC (IHC), has resumed normal operations following a fire incident that occurred on Monday, August 26, 2024. The fire, which broke out on the 4F floor in a storage area under renovation, was successfully contained without any casualties.
RSPP management conducted a thorough inspection of every inpatient room to ensure the safety and comfort of all patients. It was carried out by the management team on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 8:30 PM WIB, ensuring that no area was overlooked in the post-fire recovery efforts. It was confirmed that all inpatient areas are in good condition and ready to be used again.
Acting President Director of PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, Dr. Lia Gardenia Partakusuma, stated that RSPP had resumed operations as usual. All healthcare services at RSPP are back to normal, and management ensures that patients and staff are in good condition.
“We are grateful that there were no casualties in this incident and that hospital operations could return to normal shortly. We will continue to enhance preventive measures to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and staff in the hospital environment,” Dr. Lia said.
As of this morning, Tuesday, August 27, 2024, medical services at RSPP are functioning as usual. Outpatient services have been open since 7:30 AM WIB, and all inpatient services have fully resumed. The public can once again access healthcare services at RSPP safely and comfortably.
