Jakarta, May 31, 2024 - PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC (IHC), the SOE Hospital Holding, recorded positive performance achievements during the 2023 period. It was announced at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2023 financial year at Park Hyatt Jakarta on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. The event was attended by shareholders or their representatives, and the Board of Commissioners.
In the 2023 period, IHC successfully recorded revenues of IDR 5.72 trillion, an increase of 14.90% compared to the 2022 period, which was IDR 4.98 trillion. IHC also achieved a net profit of IDR 300 billion, up 63% compared to 2022.
The company also managed to maintain its performance in the 2023 financial year with a rating of AA (Double A) or a stable outlook based on a rating by PT Pemeringkatan Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO).
At the Annual GMS, shareholders approved the annual report, including the ratification of the financial statements, and agreed to distribute dividends for the 2023 financial year to shareholders amounting to 10%.
IHC's positive performance in 2023 was also supported by improvements in operational performance, with inpatient visits to IHC hospitals increasing by 117%, while outpatient visits rose by 111% compared to 2022.
President Director of IHC, drg. Mira Dyah Wahyuni, MARS, stated that the positive performance in 2023 reflects IHC's success in implementing various innovative and effective transformation strategies.
“We are developing centers of excellence equipped with advanced medical technology and the best experts in their fields. Our Centers of Excellence (CoE) not only focus on specific treatments and care but also research and development to continuously improve healthcare standards,” said drg. Mira.
IHC's positive performance in 2023 also received appreciation from the Board of Commissioners and shareholders.
The Main Commissioner of IHC, Farid Harianto, stated that the Board of Commissioners believes there is still significant business potential for IHC to grow sustainably by leveraging the momentum from the 2023 performance achievements.
“We appreciate everyone who has contributed to the company to reach this stage, especially the directors and all employees who have worked hard and with dedication,” explained Farid.
Similarly, VP of Portfolio & Performance Management of PT Pertamina (Persero), Asep Samsul Arifin, one of the shareholder representatives, is optimistic that IHC can achieve better performance growth in 2024.
“With solid financial performance, significant operational performance improvements, and a commitment to social responsibility, IHC can continue to grow and develop into a leading healthcare company in Indonesia,” he added.
On another occasion, Vice President of Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso, said that Pertamedika IHC's positive performance shows its capability to develop healthcare services needed by the community.

In 2023, in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), IHC actively participated by implementing Social Responsibility (TJSL) initiatives focused on community development and self-reliance.**
