PertaLife Insurance is committed to upholding the agreements made through its 4 Lines of Defense, which include management—where all Directors and the Chief Commissioner are active Pertamina employees—Pertamina's Internal Audit Unit (SPI), which can conduct audits at any time, and the Oversight Committee composed of representatives from Human Resources, Finance, and the Pertamina Workers' Union, who can form the Oversight Committee as needed according to company policies. This robust defense system ensures that PertaLife Insurance provides the best service.

Meanwhile, President Director of PGNCom, Larassetyo Wibowo, remarked that this partnership marks an important moment for both parties to synergize as one big Pertamina Group family.

“PGNCom management greatly appreciates PertaLife Insurance for having an outstanding program that looks after the future of outsourced workers when they retire. We hope this collaboration will continue in the future,” Larassetyo said.
