"The innovation culture must be made into a habit by all workers. Because without innovation, it can make us lose competitiveness and die," said Taufik.
Therefore, Taufik stated that company leaders must pay attention to the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) activity, which is an arena for sharing knowledge and innovation of Pertamina's employees.
Taufik also said that the products by the Pertamina refinery, including those in Balongan, both in the form of fuel and existing chemical products as well as new products from innovations, must be ensured to have gone through laboratory tests. Thus, the products follow the specifications recommended by the government.
"We are grateful for this innovation, especially when we won an award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Indeed, it is hoped to provide motivation and benefits to many parties, and we do not forget to say thank you to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources," said Taufik.**
