The 19th Journalism Award, Pertamina Gathers the Best Work

Jakarta, September 19, 2022 - In its 19th year, Pertamina presents the Anugerah Jurnalistik Pertamina (AJP) 2022 to select the best journalistic piece from all over Indonesia. With "Energizing Your Future" as the theme, it aligned with the corporate communication 2022 theme as well as Pertamina's steps and innovations in maintaining national energy security and clean energy transition.

"Pertamina invites media personnel throughout Indonesia to produce energetic works in AJP 2022. This annual event is open to national and local media to give their best work," said Brahmantya S. Poerwadi, Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina (Persero).

AJP 2022 gives opportunities for the best journalistic piece by raising awareness related to Pertamina Go Green, Pertamina Go Global, Pertamina Go Digital, Pertamina Go Collaborative, Pertamina Go Productive & Efficient, and Pertamina Go Sustainable.

AJP 2022 offers six categories of pieces, such as Printed Media Category, Online Media, TV Category, Radio Category, Photo Essay Category, and Pertamina CSR/UMKM Category. Specifically for Pertamina's CSR/UMKM category, all media personnel from various channels, including print, online, TV, and radio, can participate. Meanwhile, the Photo Essay category is for photojournalists with multiple themes, including CSR, MSMEs, Sports, and more.

All AJP 2022 pieces will be selected in stages, from the territory to the national level, to compete for the final and grand finals with various cash prizes and short courses abroad.

“Pertamina provides cash prizes and courses abroad. Later there will be winners at the territory and national level,” Brahmantya added.

Each participant can submit as many pieces as possible, without limitation. The work submitted must be positive news published or broadcast in the media between November 16, 2021, and October 31, 2022.
