Two Pertamina’s Best Officers Receive Satyalancana Wira Karya from the President of Indonesia

Jakarta, August 18, 2023 – Coinciding with the celebration of Indonesia's independence, Alfian Nasution, the Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of Pertamina, received the Honorary Satyalancana Wira Karya from the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The Satyalancana Wira Karya is an award presented to individuals who have demonstrated dedication, commitment, and exceptional contributions to the nation's growth and development across various sectors.

This honorary decoration was conferred by the Minister of Environment and Forestry, Siti Nurbaya, during the Republic of Indonesia’s 78th Independence Day at the Ir. Soejono Suryo Plaza, Manggala Wana Bakti Building, Jakarta, on Thursday, August 17, 2023. Alfian Nasution received this award as the President Director of Pertamina Patra Niaga.

During the same event, Gema Iriandus Pahalawan, the President Director & CEO of Badak LNG, also received the same award.

Based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. 49/TK/2023, Gema Iriandus Pahalawan is recognized for his contributions to efforts aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, enhancing biodiversity conservation, and supporting the national clean energy fulfillment through the LPG Production Booster System (LPBS) project.

President Director of Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati, expressed her appreciation for the awards bestowed by the President of Indonesia upon these two outstanding officers.
