With Grab, Pertamina Presents BrightGas Delivery Service Through GrabMart

Lampung, March 17, 2023 - Providing excellent service to the community is the main focus of every company nowadays, including Pertamina. Through the Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS), the public can enjoy delivery services when purchasing BrightGas and other Pertamina products.

To improve service to customers, Pertamina and Grab present an additional platform to facilitate Pertamina products purchase, especially BrightGas through GrabMart.

The launching activity was marked by cutting the ribbon and handing over Pertamina and Grab PDS jackets to drivers and giving gifts to several consumers at 24,351,125 petrol stations in Bandar Lampung on Thursday (16/3).

Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR Pertamina Sumbagsel Region, Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan, said this service aims to make it easier for Pertamina's loyal customers to get Pertamina's products, especially BrightGas.

"Through cooperation in improving the service quality of Pertamina's product sales, we hope to provide solutions and convenience for consumers, in this case, purchasing BrightGas products," said Nikho.

The launch was also accompanied by a convoy from 24,351,125 petrol stations to the Grab Office, which passed through several locations, hoping to increase public awareness of this program.
