Pertamina’s Catalyser programme, Southeast Asia’s largest leadership accelerator, is created to prepare 480 most capable managers for top leadership positions by 2023, along with four partners: INSEAD and Deloitte as Learning Partners; Tjitra Associates and Bob Aubrey & Associates as Senior Advisors.

After 2-year international exposure, action projects, experiential learning, coaching and mentoring whilst demonstrating strategic competence, organisational mobility, leadership capability and personal development, the future leaders will make the Indonesia’s leading state-owned enterprise ensure energy security for the world’s largest archipelago while expanding its reach globally in the highly competitive sector.
