Pertamina Group Solidifies Leadership Structure with New Appointments in Holding, Subholding, and Subsidiaries

We are pleased to share with you that Mr. Iggi Haruman Achsien has been assigned duties based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number SK-222/MBU/07/2021 dated July 2, 2021. He is appointed to serve as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) in addition to his role as an Independent Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) until the definitive appointment of the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero).

Furthermore as of 20th February 2024, PT Pertamina (Persero), as the parent company and holding, has announced new board of directors appointment for its subholding and subsidiary companies within the Pertamina Group. The changes in the subholding's board of directors include PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), PT Pertamina New Renewable Energy (PNRE), and PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS). Additionally, two subsidiary companies, namely PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC) and PT Patra Jasa, are affected.

"Leadership change is an inevitability, so first and foremost, I express my gratitude to the officials who have successfully completed their duties. I appreciate their commitment and effective fulfillment of responsibilities during a challenging period,” said President Director & CEO, Nicke Widyawati on the inauguration and handover of directorial positions in the Subholding and subsidiary companies of PT Pertamina (Persero).

The newly appointed directors for Subholding and Pertamina subsidiaries are as follows:

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi:

1. President Director: Chalid Said Salim
2. Director of Human Resources & Business Support: Whisnu Bahriansyah
3. Director of Finance: Dannif Danusaputro

PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional:

1. Director of Planning & Business Development: Isnanto Nugroho S.
2. Director of Human Resources and Business Support: Tenny Elfrida.

PT Pertamina New Renewable Energy:

1. President Director: John Eusebius Iwan Anis
2. Director of Human Resources & Business Support: Irzan Noor Rizki
3. Director of Finance: Nelwin Aldriansyah

PT Pertamina International Shipping:

1. Director of Business Planning: Eka Suhendra

PT Pertamina Training Consulting:

1. Director of Operations & Marketing: Yudi Somantri

PT Patra Jasa:
