Aside from the academic education, Pertamina also organizes a series of vocational education in order to generate competent talents. In 2019, among the vocational education programs were training on Safetyman & Welder. The training was held as part of CSR activities of New Grass Root Refinery (NGRR) in Tuban, East Java.
